Don't panic. Panicking puts you in a state of reaction. You start putting out offers that are incongruent and inauthentic with your core identity....and this confuses the hell out of your market.
Play your core game. Find out what you ought to have done that you didn't and then get back on that horse and saddle on!!! Don't lose your core loyalists because you don't have a handle on your emotions and your making erratic decisions to bandaid the revenue dilemma.
Talk to a consultant/coach if you have to, but don't drive your brand to extinction.
Stay calm, stay cool get back to your strengths.
